1.    Establish information about the property (pls. expound: location, size, idle or with improvements, general description of improvements, landmarks, present use, etc.)
2.    Establish information about the owner (e.g. background, contact details, etc.)
3.    Expectation of the owner (e.g. timetable, value or rental expectation, etc.)
4.    Response in 5 days (e.g. period needed to assess the property, period will extend if property is out of town, ocular for which will be for the account of the owner)
